GREAT NEWS!

We are very excited to announce that a grant proposal was approved by the K21 Health

Foundation! They will be awarding our preschool $5,050 to pay for surfacing for our playground.

With these funds we will purchase rubber mulch, rubber timber to separate the mulch from the grass, and some mats for the area near the windows. Some of you may have noticed we are slowly making changes to the playground already. Joe Nelson and his brother removed the bushes on the inside of the play area. We will remove the stones from that area as well, in order to make room for new sandboxes and picnic tables. The smaller stones on the playground will also be removed and rubber mulch will take its place. We thank Jesus that he provided for our needs in this way. We are looking forward to a safer place for our children to play.

We also made some changes on the inside. We removed wallpaper in the entrance of the child care, painted walls and painted some fun pictures on the walls. We would like to thank Pat Schroeder, Lisa Elder, Sara Elder, & Martha Beeson for all your time and efforts in making it a beautiful place for our children!
